I've got to say, the way Sheila O’Connor our Travel Agent, had our itinerary's laid out and separated between our itinerary and my parents' itinerary, was incredible! It made the trip easy and seamless! Thank you! The trip was incredible!

First of all, the comfort class, once again, was totally worth the upgrade. Desiree and I LOVE Delta, and my parents even commented that they've never experienced service on a flight quite like that before. They really take good care of you.

Wengen, Switzerland was INCREDIBLE! The view was unlike any we've ever experienced. It definitely was a little slower of a pace that Desiree and I were used to, but 4 days there with my parents was PERFECT. Amazing Hiking and our hotel seemed to be one of the best in Wengen simply due to the amazing balcony and view. My parents, even on the last day, kept staring up at the mountains from the hotel balcony and just saying "Wow," over and over again.

The trains went very well, and both us and my parents handled them well. Sheila laid them out perfectly for us in the itinerary, so it was perfect. Stresa, Italy was by far our most favorite part of the trip. The Northern lake region of Italy was by far our most favorite region of Italy we've ever visited. It was different from Positano in the fact that it was still incredibly beautiful, but not at all touristy. The wine, the atmosphere of all the towns around this mountain region lake was incredible. Almost like little Florence, Italy's just placed all around the lake, with mountains all around. It was beautiful!

Our hotel in Ghiffa was super nice! At first, we wanted to stay there for 2 nights, and then book a room for another 2 nights in Stresa, but Hotel Ghiffa was for sure the best spot! We could go south to Stresa one day with the rental car, and then North to our favorite town, Cannobio, the next day. We were super stoked about the location of our Hotel, and the service and quality of Hotel Ghiffa was great. The view from our balcony was spectacular! Florence, Italy was also great, and we were super stoked to be back to the Grand Hotel Baglioni. It's a 3-minute walk from the train station, and by far the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in Italy. The rooftop bar is known as having the best view of Florence than almost any other hotel in the city. Rome was great in regards to all the history, but we were definitely glad we only did a day and a half there.

Thanks again for all you did for us to make this trip come together for both me and Desiree and my parents. You are still definitely our "go-to" travel agent for any foreign trip we will be taking in the future!

My wife and I wanted the trip of a lifetime, and Sheila O’Connor made it happen! It was my first time to Europe, and I couldn't have asked for a better itinerary. My wife and I weren't familiar with the cities or where to stay, and Sheila gave amazing recommendations. Not to mention all of the personal touches that Sheila surprised us with like complimentary champagne and even a Game of Thrones-themed puzzle. We can't wait to plan our next vacation with Sheila!

I thought I was an expert at making online flight reservations until I was trying to make flight reservations for out of state relatives to fly to another out of state location for a family wedding. It was frustrating. So then I called Cadillac Travel. They arranged them quickly and saved me money. They even got everyone seated together

I needed last-minute help on a 2 part trip to the Chicago area. I trusted Jill at Cadillac Travel to pick the hotels for me. I was very impressed. They were beautiful properties with great amenities. She also arranged transportation via train and rental car. I would definitely use Cadillac Travel for all my travel needs.

Sandpiper was great!!!!! My kids had a blast!! It took us a good day to get used to the place and figure everything out from the restaurants to the kids club but once we got the lay of the land we really enjoyed it. Our only critique for your future clients would be the restaurant selection. The buffet was great and always had a good selection, but it is close before lunch and dinner. The other restaurant option has a very limited menu and almost nothing for kids. Other than that we really loved it! Our kids cried when we were leaving because they had so much fun and didn't want to go home. Thanks for a great recommendation!

Words can’t describe how amazing our honeymoon was, it was Perfect!.weather was 90 and sunny every day!!. Everything went smooth from the flights to the ferries, to everything, we loved Athens, we loved Crete, and we loved Santorini and Mykonos. The food was just great everywhere, very authentic very " home-cooked " everywhere we went. Our hotels were amazing, especially in Crete at the Ellounda Blu. Thank you, Sheila... you are my travel agent for life. Thank you for all you and Cadillac Travel did.

Everything on the trip was so great, and we wouldn't have had such a good time without your excellent help!! It was so helpful to have all of the transfers set up, rental car waiting for us, etc. Otherwise, we would've wasted so much time trying to figure out what to do. The resort was amazing room was awesome. Had a really great time, all the food was delicious. Best resort I've been on, I've been telling all my friends and family about it. The section we were in was brand new, only two weeks old. Everything was very modern and stylish. And the weather was perfect the whole time.

Sheila was more than amazing! We got married in Cancun at a family resort. Sheila suggested we go to another resort as a mini-honeymoon. She recommend the resort, and we LOVED it!! I contacted MARLA Farris about seeking some sunshine and warmth during the winter. After giving me dozens of ideas and suggestions, we'd decided on a cruise. My only stipulation was that we had a balcony room. Not only did MARLA get us a balcony, but she also got us a Penthouse Suite, UNDER BUDGET! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, along with all the perks that came with it! For years I'd used another travel agency. While the end result was always OK, their lack of communication was horrendous. It was so refreshing to have someone who would actually return my calls and emails. All we had to do was show up and bring suntan oil. MARLA had every detail worked out for us. If you are considering a trip, don't hesitate to give her a call!
