Please note the following before making your reservation:
ALL TRAVEL BOOKED THROUGH WWW. CADILLACTRAVEL.COM IS A REQUEST FOR TRAVEL. TRAVEL WILL BE CONFIRMED DURING Cadillac Travel’s NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. IF THE SPECIFIC TRAVEL IS NOT AVAILABLE OR THE FARE IS DIFFERENT, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED SO CADILLAC TRAVEL WILL KNOW HOW TO PROCEED. JUST BECAUSE YOU ‘BOOKED’ THE TRAVEL ONLINE, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THE EXACT ARRANGEMENTS AND/OR FARES ARE AVAILABLE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE WRITTEN AFFIRMATION OF THE CONFIRMATION.

Booking Your Airline
Cadillac Travel Online accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards for payment for most travel purchases. Please enter your complete Credit Card billing address when building your profile. This will expedite your ticket transaction. If the Credit Card holder is not one of the passengers traveling Cadillac Travel requires written permission from the Credit Card holder to process the transaction.
If you are using a major credit card to purchase travel, you must fax or email Cadillac Travel a copy of the front and back of your credit card and ID. Send email to travel@CadillacTravel.com or fax to 248-358-5894. Please call 1-800-369-TRIP with any questions.
Hotels and Rental Car companies require a Major Credit Card to make a reservation. If you wish to add a Hotel and or Car Rental to your Airline reservation and pay for your airline ticket with your Credit Card, please complete your airline reservation and make note of your confirmation number. Then reopen your reservation and add your Hotel and Rental Car. If you add the major credit card prior to ending your reservation it will erase the Cadillac Travel Credit Card information.
$20.00 per Airline Ticket processing fee is charged.
All tickets are electronic tickets.
You will receive an e-mail invoice to take with you to the airport. Please verify your e-mail address when completing your transaction.
Airline tickets are processed between 9a-5p Mon-Fri, Sat and Sun 12n-4p Eastern Standard Time. If you book your reservation on-line after these hours the tickets are processed/confirmed the next day and are subject to possible price increases from the airlines.
If this should happen a Cadillac Travel Representative will contact you prior to processing the Airline tickets.
Terms and Conditions:
No paper tickets will be issued for Alaskan Airlines. If you are purchasing an Alaskan Airlines Ticket that connects to another Airline in the same Itinerary please call 1-800-369-TRIP to make your reservation.
Unaccompanied Minors:
If you are making a reservation for a passenger under age 16 traveling alone, please call 1-800-369-TRIP to make your reservation. Every airline has different rules for minors traveling alone and reserves the right to deny boarding to unqualified passengers.
Insurance:
Is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. Cadillac Travel Recommends Travel Guard, for comprehensive and affordable coverage. Click here for more information.
Booking Your Rental Car
Clients must meet the following Minimum qualifications to rent a car:
- Driver must be at least 25 years old with a current and valid Drivers License, (License must be valid throughout the rental period.
- Driver must have a good driving record.
- Driver must have a valid major credit card in the Driver's name at time of rental.
- Rental car companies do not accept Debit Cards.
- Cadillac Travel does not pre-qualify passengers and assumes no responsibility for reservations a rental car company refuses.
Booking Your Hotel
Hotel Pre-Pay
If you would like to pre-pay your Hotel stay on your Credit Card, please call 1-800-369-TRIP to make and confirm your reservation.
The hotel must accept pre-payment from a travel agency.
Reservations must be made a minimum of 10 business days prior to travel.
There is a minimum $20.00 processing fee on all bookings.
The hotel may still require a major credit card to make the reservation and upon check in for incidental charges.
Booking Your Vacation Package
If you wish to use your Credit Card to purchase your trip please price your trip with the following tool then come in or call your local Cadillac Travel office or call 1-800-369-TRIP and one of our Travel consultants will be happy to assist you.
Please note all prices are subject to change, availability, confirmation and prior sale until package is purchased.
Once you have made your reservation and purchased your trip from this site, please call 1-800-369-TRIP with any questions about your reservation.
Cadillac Travel Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to any flights, hotels, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in Cadillac Travel debiting your account for any costs Cadillac Travel incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Web site.
